职业技能大赛对我国职业教育的发展,尤其对于提升教师能力及学生素质上起了重要作用。本文从商务英语教师的角度分析调查职业技能大赛对于专业建设的引领作用,建立相关的人才培养模式和课程体系,选取有利于职业技能大赛的教学内容以及教学考核方式,以技能大赛为载体,鼓励学生参加,提升教师的实践创新能力和双师素质。 Vocational skills competition for the development of vocational education in our country, especially for enhancing teachers’ ability and quality of students played an important role. This paper analyzes the leading role of vocational skills competition in professional construction from the perspective of business English teachers, establishes relevant personnel training mode and curriculum system, selects the teaching content and teaching assessment method which is conducive to vocational skills competition, and encourages Students participate to enhance teachers’ practical ability and double qualification.
