CD23是一个分子量45kD单链糖蛋白,主要表达在sIgD和sIgM双阳性B细胞。目前已知CD23有两个配体:即IgE和CD21。完整的CD23分子及其可溶性片段具有介导B细胞生长、诱导B细胞转化、维持EBV DNA~+Burkitt淋巴瘤细胞系和EBV转化的B细胞系的自生长以及诱导IgE的合成等多种生物学功能。本文着重介绍CD23分子的BCGF作用。
CD23 is a single-chain glycoprotein of 45 kD in molecular weight and is mainly expressed in sIgD and sIgM double positive B cells. It is currently known that CD23 has two ligands: IgE and CD21. The complete CD23 molecule and its soluble fragments have a variety of biological properties such as self-growth and IgE-induced synthesis of B cells that induce B cell growth, induce B cell transformation, maintain EBV DNA ~ + Burkitt lymphoma cell lines and EBV transformation Features. This article highlights the role of CDGF molecules in BCGF.
