本文根据Allan提出的双混频时差(DMTD)测量系统的原理和方法,着重对上海天文台建立的100兆赫双混频时差测量系统进行了分析。其测量精度目前约为2×10~(-12)τ~(-1)(0.1s≤τ≤1000s),已应用于晶振、铷钟和铯钟的无间隙时间不偏调频率的稳定度测量以及次级频标的校频中。
Based on Allan’s principle and method of dual frequency mixing time difference (DMTD) measurement system, this paper analyzes the 100 MHz double-frequency time difference measurement system established by Shanghai Astronomical Observatory. The measurement accuracy is about 2 × 10 ~ (-12) τ ~ (-1) (0.1s≤τ≤1000s). It has been applied to the stability measurement of non-offset frequency of crystal oscillator, rubidium clock and cesium clock As well as secondary frequency calibration.
