本文采用放免法和GFU-202原子吸收分光光度计测定57例脑梗塞病人的SOD和血清Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)含量。57例脑梗塞的SOD和血请Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)含量与25例正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);Cu2+、Zn2+含量与SOD活性下降呈十分显著正相关性(P<1%)。提示脑梗塞病人随着病程的延长SOD活性下降。梗塞后血清Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)含量下降显示微量元素与SOD一样对脑梗塞后脑细胞损害有着密切关系。
In this paper, the determination of SOD and serum Cu ~ (2 +) and Zn ~ (2+) in 57 patients with cerebral infarction were measured by radioimmunoassay and GFU-202 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The contents of Cu ~ (2 +) and Zn ~ (2+) in 57 cases of cerebral infarction were significantly different from those of 25 cases of normal control (P <0.01), and the contents of Cu2 +, Zn2 + and SOD decreased significantly Positive correlation (P <1%). Tip of patients with cerebral infarction with prolonged course of SOD activity decreased. The decrease of serum Cu ~ (2 +) and Zn ~ (2+) contents after infarction showed that trace elements and SOD were closely related to brain cell damage after cerebral infarction.
