报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-羟基-6甲基-嘧啶)-三氮烯(NPHMPDT)的合成及其与汞的显色反应。在OP存在下,pH10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与汞发生显色反应,汞与NPHMPDT形成摩尔比为1:5型的淡黄色配合物,在440nm处有一最大正吸收峰,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以450nm为参比波长,530nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.46×105L.mol-1.cm-1,汞的浓度在0~480μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水中的微量汞,结果满意。
The synthesis of 1- (4-nitrophenyl) -3- (4-hydroxy-6-methyl-pyrimidine) -triazene (NPHMPDT) and its color reaction with mercury were reported. In the presence of OP, the reagent can react with mercury in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution of pH10.5, mercury and NPHMPDT form a light yellow complex with the molar ratio of 1: 5, and has a maximum positive absorption at 440 nm Peak, with a maximum negative absorption at 540 nm. With 450nm as the reference wavelength and 530nm as the measurement wavelength, the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.46 × 105L.mol-1.cm-1. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 480μg / L. The proposed method for the determination of trace mercury in wastewater was satisfactory.
