对中药白苏子的化学成分进行研究 ,结果表明种子含有大量的脂肪油 ,其含量为 46 .6 0 % ,油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸 :α-亚麻酸( 6 3.191% )、亚油酸 ( 18.32 6 % )、油酸 ( 11.36 9% ) ,总量达 92 .886 %。此外 ,从种子中测定了 18种氨基酸、2 4种矿质元素的含量 ,白苏子含有丰富的氨基酸和种类齐全的矿质元素 ,种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和药用保健功效
The study on the chemical constituents of Perilla frutescens sinensis showed that the seeds contained a large amount of fatty oil with a content of 46.60%. The oil contained a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (6 3.191%), sub-oil Acid (18.32 6 %), oleic acid (11. 36 %), total 92.886 %. In addition, 18 kinds of amino acids and 24 kinds of mineral elements were determined from seeds. Bai Suzi is rich in amino acids and a wide range of mineral elements. Seeds and seed oils have high nutritional value and medicinal health care functions.
