从坑探施工过程中,使我们深刻体会到逐漸改进凿岩工具,使其达到輕便和自动化,是提高生产效率,降低成本,減輕工人劳动强度的重要途徑之一。为此我們設計了一种活塞式自动推进器,由我队车间自行加工,制成后,經过短期試驗並在岩工中使用結果証明,此自动推进器具有較多的优点。一、自动推进器的構造及作用活塞式自动推进器,其推进原理是:气筒固定,因压气作用,使活塞桿推动凿岩机前进或后退。主要由气筒、錐形配气閥、滑座、托盘四部份組成。现将主要部份,分述如下(如图)。
