一、前言许多年前,就对金属的深拉性能进行了大量的深入的研究。本研究的目的有二,一是确定一次深拉作业中增大深拉量的限度,二是探讨增大深拉材料可靠性的途径。影响材料深拉性能的因素是多方面的,既与材料本身的性能有关,又与深拉工具的种种参数有关。根据薄板的常规机械性能,如屈服强度与静态塑性指标,不可能全面预测其深拉性能,仅能得出有限的关系。利用塑性应变系数(r’)可以得出比较好的关系,凡材料的r’大于1的,表示它在平面塑性应力的作用下难以变薄。另一种估测深拉性能的方法是
I. INTRODUCTION Many years ago, a great deal of in-depth research was conducted on the deep-drawing properties of metals. The purpose of this study is twofold. The first one is to determine the limit of increasing deep drawing in a deep-drawing operation and the second is to explore ways to increase the reliability of deep-drawing material. Factors that affect the material deep-drawn properties are many, both related to the performance of the material itself, but also with the various parameters of the deep-drawn tools. According to the conventional mechanical properties of thin plates, such as yield strength and static plasticity, it is not possible to fully predict their deep drawing behavior, and only a limited relationship can be drawn. Using plastic strain coefficient (r ’) can get a good relationship, where the material r’ is greater than 1, it is difficult under the plane plastic stress thinning. Another way to estimate deep-drawing behavior is
