病儿:女性,1(1/12)岁,住院号:24852因右上肤发现拳头大无痛包块,于1981年8月17日入院,纳差、体重未减轻、巩膜无黄染,心肺听诊阴性,右上肤膨隆,肋下可触到8210厘米实质性包块,表面凸凹不平,脾不大,超声波报告:肝下实质性包块,甲胎球阴性,火箭蛋白电泳4000单位,拟诊肝肿瘤。 8月24日,经氯胺酮麻醉,取右上腹直肌入腹探查,(术时加横切口),证实肿瘤位于肝下,紧贴右肝前、后、尾三叶。为10×12×15厘米大,表面似分叶状,瘤体蔓延损害达第一肝门,及尾状叶附近的肝静脉,未达下腔静脉。右肝较正常稍大,腹内未
