由吉林省医药管理局主持的镇咳新药咳必定鉴定会于1981年6月21～22日在辽源市召开,来自20个单位的30多位代表参加了会议。咳必定的化学名为2-甲基-2-苯氧基-2-(1-吗啉)-丙酸乙酯盐酸盐。是一种作用强。副作用小的非成瘾性镇咳新药。有镇静作用及支气管解痉作用,适用于感冒、流行性感冒、急性支气管炎与上呼吸道感染引起的咳嗽。本品采用的生产路线,原料易得,成本较低,三废处理可以达到国家标准。特邀的北京医学院及其它到会的代表对本品的药理、临床和生产方法进行了讨论,一致认为可以投入生产。
