一、前言ZL-201铸造铝合金,属 Al-Mn-Cu-Ti 合金。由于 MnCu Ti 合金元素的加入,该合金通过热处理可明显的得到强化,故铸件大多在 T_4或 T_5状态下使用。为了获得最佳机械性能,热处理淬火温度一般都在接近固相线(548℃)附近,铸件易产生成分偏析,合金的相组成复杂,所以在热处理过程中,易产生过烧现象。为了保证产品质量,在生产检查中,必须检查金相组织是否过烧。为此,弄清该合金的过烧温度、组织过烧形态以及它对机械性能的影响,就十分必要,本文对上述问题进行探讨。

Therefore, it is necessary to understand the over-burning temperature of the alloy, the over-burning behavior of the alloy and its influence on the mechanical properties. This article discusses the above problems.
