企业的人力资源管理职能在新经济时代已经从传统的人事管理角色转变到战略人力资源管理角色。分析当前我国企业人力资源管理中存在的问题及改进人力资源管理落后状况的对策措施。
In the new economy, the function of human resource management in enterprises has shifted from the traditional personnel management role to the strategic human resource management role. Analyze the existing problems in the current human resources management of our country and countermeasures to improve the backwardness of human resources management.
