在设备大修理中,经常发现车床尾架套筒的莫氏锥孔严重拉毛,影响顶针结合,使加工不能继续迸行,要求换新。同时,在车床上要重新自身精镗尾架孔,配磨新的套筒。由于套筒研磨工艺要求高,经常发生报废。这样不仅加工困难,而且造成很大的浪费。现采用在C630车床尾架套筒上加铸铁套(或钢套)的新工艺来克服上述不足的地方(如图1),莫氏锥孔拉毛现象基本消除,减少了修理费用,延长了机床的使用寿命,提高了经济效益。
