目前,地球化学样品中微量及痕量元素的XRFA在国内已普遍开展,每年完成几十万件样品,分析项目多达20余项。分析方法不断改进,灵敏度不断提高。但是,各种分析方法对检出限定义很不一致,描述也大不相同,使参考者很难对照和应用。为了便于今后的工作,1986年11月26日在湖南长沙召开的全国光谱学会第二届X射线荧光光谱学术讨论会上,有关方面的同行讨论了地球化学样品中微量及痕量元素XRFA检出限的问题,并作出如下建议; 一、检出限(detection limit);(按《分析化学》1983.9.p718编委会建议)在一定的分
