对一般青年男子摆臂与不摆臂两种情况下蹲跳运动生物力学特征进行分析,可以揭示摆臂在下蹲跳中的作用机理、探索合理的摆臂技术特征,为运动员选材、科学训练以及增强普通人群纵跳能力提供依据。通过对64名青年男子下蹲跳运动学、动力学测试与分析,得出结论:1摆臂下蹲跳比不摆臂跳跃高度提高约8.5%。2下蹲缓冲阶段,摆臂下蹲跳与不摆臂总时长没有差异;但是相对于不摆臂下蹲跳,摆臂下蹲跳在加速下蹲阶段用时较短,在缓冲阶段用时较长。3缓冲阶段,摆臂下蹲跳出现了o点平台区。o点开始,手臂由垂直状态向后上方摆动,惯性力矩、重力矩、支反力矩与肌肉伸力矩的对抗延长了缓冲时间。4蹬伸阶段,摆臂下蹲跳比不摆臂用时较长,主要表现在蹬伸的中期和后期。5在最大缓冲时刻,所有关节角度达到了最小值,摆臂时髋、膝两关节被“压缩”程度均低于不摆臂的情况,支反力也小于不摆臂情况,这有利于蹬伸力矩克服阻力矩,进行快速的蹬伸加速。6蹬伸中期和后期,摆臂下蹲跳的冲量均比不摆臂大。蹬伸初期,由于加速向下摆臂的作用,使摆臂纵跳的冲量小于不摆臂。
