信息技术属于新兴学科,自计算机诞生之日起,信息技术发展迅猛,知识点在很长一段时间里处于高速度与高淘汰并存的发展状态。加上实际应用中机型、系统、软件等的千差万别,导致信息技术教学既没有一成不变的通用教材,也没有既定的教学教法。这就造成信息技术教学区别于其他学科的特点:一是目前普及率较高,教学入门相对容易;二是知识更新换代快,增加了教师的教学难度。
