本文扼要地介绍了把室温固化硅橡胶渗入试样的切口和裂缝中,形成裂缝前缘‘复制品’的实验技术,并且用国产硅橡胶成功地测量了两种金属材料的裂缝张开位移(COD),得到了COD和CGD之间的关系。硅橡胶复制技术为直接测量COD以及研究裂纹萌生提供了新的简便的手段。
This article briefly introduces the laboratory technique of infiltrating the room temperature cured silicone rubber into the incision and crack of the sample to form the ’replica’ of the crack front. The crack opening displacement of the two metal materials COD), got the relationship between COD and CGD. Silicone rubber replication technology for the direct measurement of COD and the study of crack initiation provides a new and simple means.
