针对卫星切换调度问题,提出了一种最大服务时长切换调度算法.该算法利用了现有的GPS基础设施和卫星网络中卫星的多样性(即在任意时刻多颗卫星覆盖相同的区域),减少了用户在通信过程中的切换次数,从而最终降低了用户的掉话率,实现了用户在低轨(LEO)卫星网络中实时高效的切换.在Iridium卫星网络中的仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性.
