一个人能不能干好工作,主要是看他有没有劳动积极性,也就是说有没有工作动机。古人说:“哀莫大于心死!”最严重的问题是没有工作动机。一个人积极性发挥的程度,决定于他的工作动机的强烈程度,而动机的强烈程度又决定一个人的思想觉悟和需要的满足程度,觉悟越高,干劲越足,越能满足人的需要,动机也就越强烈,积极性就越高,预定的目标也就完成得越好。 强化是指能加强反应的刺激,是一种增强或减弱行为的力量。对人的某种行为给予肯定和奖励,使这个行为巩固、保持,这就叫“正强化”;相反,对这个行为给予否定和惩罚,使它减弱消退,这就叫“负强化”,由此可见,强化也是动机的一种机能,对行为能起调节、改造的作用。
