在鞍钢矿业,“奉献精神”是被提及最多的词汇。在朴实的矿山文化和雷锋精神的代代传承下,逐步造就了鞍钢矿业精细、严格、务实的奉献文化。在国有资产监督管理委员会副主任黄丹华眼中,我国许多企业已具备了发展成为世界一流企业的基础和条件,但与世界一流企业相比,中国企业在文化软实力方面还有很大差距。然而,内在的企业文化并不能一蹴而就,往往需经过历史不断地积淀和传承,需要现实梦想的激励和凝聚。就在中国钢城辽宁鞍山,有这么一群朴实的矿山人,虽地处一隅,却深怀梦想,带着自己独特的精神气质,朝着“打造世界级铁矿山企业”且行且进。
