本文对4例临床诊断为“非特异性脑炎”的脑组织用免疫组织化学的方法进行免疫病理的研究,结果表明,4例脑组织均未检查出含有疱疹病毒、乙脑病毒、麻疹病毒的抗原阳性反应细胞。而病变区的胶质细胞,特别是星形胶质细胞、血管周围的吞噬细胞呈规IgG阳性反应。从以上改变推测病灶处是否在IgG出现前存在过病毒抗原,而且这种含有IgG细胞的分布与多发性硬化症基本相同,提示目前国内一些散发性脑炎有可能为中枢神经系统脱髓鞘病的一种,尚待讨论。
In this paper, 4 cases of clinically diagnosed as “nonspecific encephalitis” in the brain by immunohistochemistry immunohistochemical methods, the results showed that 4 cases of brain tissue were not detected containing herpes virus, Japanese encephalitis, measles virus Antigen positive reaction cells. The glial cells in the lesion area, especially astrocytes, perivascular phagocytes showed a positive IgG response. From the above changes in the speculation of lesions at the presence of IgG before the presence of antigens, and the distribution of IgG-containing cells with multiple sclerosis is basically the same, suggesting that some of the current domestic encephalitis may be central nervous system demyelinating disease A, yet to be discussed.
