讨论了两个问题:一是发展一个建立在事件基础上的共因失效参数模型,称之为ξ-CCF模型,其参数是以失效事件分级多重性份额来表达的。按照此种表达方式,每个多重失效的贡献可以更清楚地呈现出来,这将有助于选择防止共因失效的对策。二是提供一种基于运行经验和工程判断上的估计对策有效性方法,它是按照以事件接事件表示的设施基础上给出的对策的简化矩阵来表达的。实际例子应用表明,这种共因失效模型与这种对策有效性估计方法合用能很简便地估计出对策的有效性,运行人员也可容易地使用这种方法,而且用途还可以扩展。
Two problems are discussed: one is to develop a common parametric failure parameter model based on an event, which is called the ξ-CCF model, whose parameters are expressed by the hierarchical multiplicity of the failure events. According to this expression, the contribution of each multiple failure can be more clearly shown, which will help to select the countermeasures to prevent the common cause failure. The second is to provide a method based on operational experience and engineering judgment on the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, expressed in terms of a reduced matrix of countermeasures based on the facilities represented by the incident event. The practical examples show that this kind of common cause failure model can be easily and conveniently estimated by using this kind of countermeasure validity estimation method. This method can also be easily used by operators, and the application can be expanded.
