采用DDD型心脏起搏器治疗晚期扩张型心肌病 (DCM)4例,观察了置入前及置入后心脏功能、心脏面积、心律失常、左室内径、EF指标,现总结如下。一般资料晚期DCM患者4例,均为使用甙类及非甙类强心药及转换酶抑制剂、襻利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、扩血管等药物无效,心功能仍在Ⅲ-Ⅳ级者,其中2例反复发生肝脏肿大、腹水、黄疸,我们在药物治疗的基础上 DDD-type cardiac pacemaker treatment of advanced dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in 4 cases, observed before and after implantation of cardiac function, heart area, arrhythmia, left ventricular diameter, EF, are summarized as follows.
