随着社会的发展和时代的进步,人们对旅游的需求不断增加,旅游业获得了良好的发展机遇,但是在新经济常态下也面临着一系列的挑战。旅游企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,保存现有的市场份额,必须要顺应时代的发展,加快自身的转型升级,用战略和发展的眼光来促进自身的良性发展,合理利用有限的资源,为人们提供个性化的服务和多元化的产品。本文就对新常态下旅游企业管理战略和发展路径进行分析与探讨。
With the development of society and the progress of the times, people’s demand for tourism is increasing. The tourism industry has enjoyed good opportunities for development. However, under the normal circumstances of the new economy, it also faces a series of challenges. In order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition and save the existing market share, the tourism enterprises must conform to the development of the times, speed up their own transformation and upgrading, promote their own benign development from a strategic and developmental perspective, and make rational use of the limited Resources, to provide people with personalized service and diversified products. This article analyzes and discusses the management strategies and development paths of tourism enterprises in the new normal.
