在能量要求不断增长而资源又受限制的地方,开发水电仅从得到最好的经济利润出发的传统方法应改变为需在电力、电能以及经济方面都获得最佳效果。本文作者叙述了这个论点的一般原则,并参照一个具体工程说明之。×××一座电站的造价和它在出力、电能及经济方面可能得到的效益取决于一些独立而又相互关联的多元变量。任何最优化选择都可用数学模型或图解分析,我们选用图解法。
Where energy requirements are growing and resources are limited, the traditional method of developing hydropower, which derives only from the best economic profit, should be changed to achieve the best results in electricity, electricity and economy. The author of this article describes the general principles of this argument, with reference to a specific project description.
