近年来许多关于教学有效性的研究都聚焦于创设积极的课堂环境方面,因为积极的课堂环境对提升学习成果有着极其重要的意义。然而这些研究中关于优秀教师应具备的品质的研究成果都是基于学生对教师的预期,调查对象是学生,研究者很少着眼于教师,把教师作为研究的主体,调查他们创设积极课堂环境的初衷和意识。本研究旨在分析阐释课堂环境的构成要素,从根本上提升大学英语教师创设积极课堂环境的意识,提高课堂教学的有效性。
In recent years, many researches on the effectiveness of teaching have focused on creating a positive classroom environment, because a positive classroom environment is of great importance to enhancing learning outcomes. However, the research results on the qualities that excellent teachers should possess in these researches are all based on the expectation of teachers on the part of the students.
