创新项目团队在当今高校或企业参与竞争活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。团队成员的绩效水平决定了整个项目的成败。同时项目团队文化往往对成员的个人行为产生影响。基于社会学习理论及社会交换理论,对创新项目团队文化与成员组织公民行为之间的联系进行研究,结合理论分析,做出了创新项目团队文化正向作用于其团队成员的组织公民行为的理论假设。通过设计测量量表,用SPSS17.0对数据进行分析,验证了研究假设。为提升项目团队文化建设,增强成员行为绩效提供了理论参考。
Innovative project teams play an increasingly important role in today’s universities or businesses participating in competitive activities. The level of performance of team members determines the success of the entire project. At the same time, the project team culture often has an impact on the individual behavior of the members. Based on social learning theory and social exchange theory, this paper studies the connection between innovation project team culture and citizenship behavior of member organizations, and based on theoretical analysis, this paper makes a theory of organizational citizenship behavior that positive effect of project team culture on its team members Assumptions. Through the design of measurement scale, the data was analyzed by SPSS17.0, which verified the research hypothesis. It provides a theoretical reference for enhancing the cultural construction of project team and enhancing the performance of members.
