不论企业性质或架构如何,要想得到更好的发展机会就必须要搞好思想政治管理工作,提高员工的思想水平和政治觉悟。员工是企业发展的根基,要从根本上找出影响员工的心理和思想问题,对症下药,缓解员工的不安情绪,提高员工的积极性,为企业的发展提供不竭动力。由此,本文结合当前企业政工管理工作变化,分析了政工工作对企业发展的重要性,并藉此提出了改善政工管理方式的创新路径,以期与业界同行交流共促,提升政工工作实效。
Regardless of the nature or structure of the enterprise, in order to obtain better development opportunities, it is imperative to do a good job in ideological and political management so as to raise the ideological level and political awareness of employees. Employees are the foundation for the development of an enterprise. They should fundamentally find out the psychological and ideological problems that affect their employees, prescribe the right remedy, ease the unease among employees, and enhance the enthusiasm of their employees so as to provide an inexhaustible motive force for the development of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper analyzes the importance of political work to the development of enterprises in light of the current changes in the management of the work of enterprises. Based on this, it proposes an innovative approach to improving the management style of the workforce, with a view to promoting exchanges with industry peers and enhancing the effectiveness of political work.
