生铁中[Si]和[S]的变动,是高炉工作者用来判断和调剂炉况的主要依据之一。它能间接地反映出渣铁温度和炉缸工作状态,因此,生铁中[Si]和[S]的含量变化,对高炉冶炼过程和技术经济指标都有直接影响。本文以炉内Si和S还原反应的热力学为依据,按生铁中[Si]、[S]含量的函数关系,绘成Si—S图,对影响生铁中[Si]和[S]的变动因素,进行生产分析。结果表明,用Si—S图分析炉况,进行高炉日常调剂、控制生铁中[Si]和[S]的适宜范围是较为准确的。
Cast iron in the [Si] and [S] changes, blast furnace workers used to determine and adjust the furnace one of the main basis. It indirectly reflects the temperature of the slag iron and the working status of the hearth. Therefore, the contents of [Si] and [S] in pig iron have a direct impact on the blast furnace smelting process and technical and economic indicators. In this paper, based on the thermodynamics of Si and S reduction in the furnace, the Si-S diagram is plotted as a function of [Si] and [S] contents in pig iron and the influence factors of [Si] and [S] , For production analysis. The results show that it is more accurate to control the proper range of [Si] and [S] in pig iron by analyzing the furnace condition with Si-S diagram, adjusting daily blast furnace.
