评价了几种阳离子聚合物控制木材树脂沉积的作用效果,这些阳离子聚合物具有不同的化学结构、电荷密度和分子质量。在pH值分别为4.75、6.85、8.06的条件下,测定了这些聚合物连接木材树脂微粒模型物与TMP纤维的能力,以及维持木材树脂处于胶体相的能力。研究发现,在所研究的pH值范围内,高分子质量的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)、共聚物聚丙烯酰胺/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(P(AM-CO-DADMAC)和瓜尔胶是最好的固着剂。结果表明,随着分子质量和电荷密度的增加,PDADMAC的作用效果提高。根据固定木材树脂胶体、连接木材树脂到浆料纤维上和影响树脂微粒大小的能力,提出了一个概念模型,并以此解释了聚合物的作用行为。
The effect of controlling the deposition of wood resins by several cationic polymers was evaluated. These cationic polymers have different chemical structures, charge densities and molecular masses. Under the conditions of pH values of 4.75, 6.85 and 8.06 respectively, the ability of these polymers to connect the wood resin microparticle model with the TMP fiber and the ability of maintaining the wood resin in the colloidal phase were measured. It was found that at the pH range studied, high molecular weight polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDADMAC), copolymer polyacrylamide / dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (P ( AM-CO-DADMAC) and guar gum were the best fixatives.The results showed that the effect of PDADMAC increased with the increase of molecular mass and charge density.According to the immobilization of wood resin colloid, the wood resin was connected to the pulp fiber And the ability to influence the size of the resin particles, a conceptual model is proposed and the behavior of the polymer is explained.
