母乳含有多种抗感染物质,能有效地保护婴儿免于患病,我院于1994年7月份实行了母婴同室,母乳喂养,消灭了早产、低体重儿硬肿症.报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 对象.1994年7月～1995年5月在我院分娩的60例早产、低体重儿母婴同室,母乳喂养为观察组;1993年同期住院的51例早产、低体重儿母婴分室,牛乳喂养为对照组.1.2 一般资料.两组产式、体重、孕周,Apgar评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05).
