87例福尔马林固定石蜡包埋乳腺癌组织用免疫组化检测P53、C—erbB—2蛋白表达,平均随访期67.84月(16-100)。结果:①P53阳性率为41.38%,其表达和淋巴结转移、核分裂、病理分级、有复发脏器转移、PCNA表达呈正相关趋势(P<0.01),和生存期、ER、PR表达呈负相关趋势(P<0.001),与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型无显著差异。②C—erbB—2阳性率49.43%,其表达和淋巴结转移、核分裂、病理分级、复发脏器转移、PCNA表达呈正相关趋势(P<0.05),与生存期、ER、PR表达呈负相关趋势(P<0.01),与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织类型、坏死无统计学差异。③P53、C—erbB—2共同表达27.59%,当共同表达时,除和仅P53表达组相比,在生存期<5年中有交界性统计学意义(P=0.0576),在ER、PCNA表达中,无显著性差异外,其它和两种蛋白均阴性组及单独一种阳性组相比,在淋巴结转移、核分裂、病理分级、生存期、复发脏器转移、PCNA、ER、PR表达方面均有显著差异(P<0.001)。在组织类型中,共同表达组浸润性导管癌显著高于仅P53表达组(P<0.05)。结论:①P53和C—erbB—2蛋白表达均和我国女性乳腺癌的较多预后不良因素有关;②P53和C—erbB—2的联合表达在乳腺癌的预后上有“相加作用”。
87 cases of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissues were used to detect the expression of P53 and C-erbB-2 proteins by immunohistochemistry. The average follow-up period was 67.84 months (16-100). Results: 1 The positive rate of P53 was 41.38%. The expression of P53 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, nuclear division, pathological grade, recurrence of organ metastasis, PCNA expression (P<0.01), and the expression of survival, ER, and PR was positive. There was no significant difference between the negative trend (P<0.001) and age, tumor size, and histological type. 2 The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was 49.43%. The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, nuclear division, pathological grade, recurrence organ metastasis and PCNA expression (P<0.05), and it was correlated with survival, ER and PR expression. The negative correlation trend (P<0.01) was not statistically different from age, tumor size, tissue type, and necrosis. 3P53 and C-erbB-2 co-expressed 27.59%. When they were co-expressed, except for the P53-expressing group, there was a statistically significant difference in the survival period <5 years (P=0.0576). There was no significant difference in the expression of ER and PCNA, but other lymph node metastases, mitoses, pathological grading, survival time, recurrence of organ metastases, PCNA, ER, and other two protein negative groups and a single positive group. There was a significant difference in PR expression (P<0.001). In the tissue type, the common expression group of invasive ductal carcinoma was significantly higher than the P53 expression alone group (P<0.05). Conclusion: 1The expression of P53 and C-erbB-2 protein are related to the more prognostic factors of female breast cancer in China. The combined expression of P53 and C-erbB-2 has an “additive effect” in the prognosis of breast cancer.
