近年来,剖宫产后再次妊娠致子宫破裂已逐渐上升为子宫破裂的主要原因.现就本症15例作一分析如下:一、临床资料(一)、病史:本组发病年龄21～31岁。距前次剖产时间:1～2年10例,2～3年2例,3～4年2例,5年以上1例。其中有两次剖宫产史1例。术后感染史2例,人流史2例,自产史1例,闭经史1例.本次妊娠周数:<38周2例,38～40周10例,41～42周2例,>42周1例.子宫破裂发生时间:临产前4例,临产后11例,其中潜伏期6例,活跃期5例。(二)、诊治情况:15例均手术治疗。
