本文对大型旋压机的主要受力部件——旋轮座进行了有限元分析.网格中有1754个8节点等参元,3264个节点.分析了2种工况、4种加工直径下的应力和变形,编制了外载荷转化成节点力的程序.以彩色图像型式显示应力和变形,计算结果与测试误差小于10%.
This paper carried out the finite element analysis of the main force component of large-scale spinning machine, the rotary wheel seat. There are 1754 8-node isoparameters and 3264 nodes in the grid. The stress and deformation under two kinds of working conditions and four kinds of working diameters were analyzed, and the procedure of transforming the external load into the nodal force was worked out. The color image shows the stress and deformation, the calculated results and the test error is less than 10%.
