本文报告1992年3月~1993年4月间北京同仁医院眼科在门诊进行白内障人工晶体植入术88例、111只眼应用Miller-Nadler眩光测试仪的检查结果。在此111只眼中,失能眩光阈值正常者(5%~7.5%)计59只眼,占50.45%,失能眩光轻度损害者(10%~20%)37只眼,占33.34%,失能眩光中度损害(25%~40%),及重度损害(45%~90%)者,分别为12只眼占10.81%,及6只眼占4.50%。人工晶体植入术后引起失能眩光阈值的提高可能与后囊下明显混浊及人工晶体表面有较多色素沉着有关。由于失能眩光阈值的升高而损害了患者的视功能,使视力下降。这用钕YAG激光行后囊切开术,可使由此引起的失能眩光得到明显改善。并认为失能眩光测试应成为眼科临床检查的手段之一。
This article reports from March 1992 to April 1993, Beijing Tongren Hospital, ophthalmology at the out-patient clinic for cataract surgery in 88 cases, 111 eyes with Miller-Nadler glare tester test results. Among the 111 eyes, 59 eyes (50.45%) with normal glaucoma threshold (5% -7.5%), 37 eyes (33.34%) with mild glaucoma damage (10% -20%), Moderate disability glare damage (25% to 40%), and severe damage (45% to 90%), respectively, 12 eyes accounted for 10.81%, and 6 eyes accounted for 4.50%.
