众所周知,大蒜是餐桌上最常见的一种食物,既可以调味,也可以生吃。大蒜为百合科葱属植物,呈扁球形或短圆锥形,剥去包裹在外的灰白色或淡棕色膜质鳞皮,内有6~10个白色、肥厚多汁的蒜瓣。中医认为大蒜性温、味辛平,能解滞气、暖脾胃、解毒杀虫,可治痢疾、百日咳等症。而在西方医学家眼中,大蒜更是土里长出来的青霉素。
