针对智能变电站自动化系统的新特点,提出了定量评估系统完成任务总能力的有效度模型。首先,搭建由物理网架、逻辑网架和信息流构成的“二网一流”评估平台,在评估指标体系中引入系统有效度作为总指标,其涵盖了可靠性、可用性、实时性和经济性4个宏观指标。接着运用网络层次分析(ANP)法构造典型ANP结构,描述微观指标间的反馈依存关系,并通过判断阵的加权、检验与调整计算网络合成排序。最后的ANP灵敏度分析表明,ANP模型结构稳定,合成排序结果可信度高,决策者能够根据不同的需求做出评估决策。
In view of the new characteristics of the intelligent substation automation system, a validity model of quantitative assessment of the total capacity of the system to complete the task is proposed. First of all, the platform of “two networks first class” which consists of physical grid, logical grid and information flow is built. The system validity is introduced into the evaluation index system as the overall index, covering the reliability, availability, real-time and Economic 4 macro indicators. Then, we construct a typical ANP structure by using the network level analysis (ANP) method to describe the feedback dependency between the micro-indicators, and check and adjust the computing network synthesis ranking by judging the weight of the array. The final ANP sensitivity analysis shows that the structure of ANP model is stable and the synthesis sequencing result has high credibility. Decision makers can make evaluation decisions according to different needs.
