目的催乳素和IL-11联合检测化疗前后白血病患者临床研究。方法用放射免疫分析法和ELISA法分别测定32例急性白血病患者化疗前后催乳素(PRL)和IL-11浓度。结果急性白血病初治组PRL浓度高于对照组,而完全缓解后PRL浓度与对照组比较无明显差异而低于初治组,白血病患者治疗前和完全缓解后IL-11与对照组比较有差异,IL-11浓度在化疗后有回升。结论催乳素和IL-11联合检测对于急性白血病监测病情、疗效判断和指导治疗有参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of prolactin and IL-11 in the detection of leukemia before and after chemotherapy. Methods The levels of prolactin (PRL) and IL-11 in 32 patients with acute leukemia were determined by radioimmunoassay and ELISA respectively. Results The PRL concentration in the newly diagnosed acute leukemia group was higher than that in the control group. However, the PRL concentration in the untreated acute leukemia group was lower than that in the control group, but lower than that in the untreated group. The levels of IL-11 in the leukemia group before treatment and after complete remission were significantly lower than those in the control group , IL-11 concentration rose after chemotherapy. Conclusion Combined detection of prolactin and IL-11 has reference value for monitoring the prognosis of acute leukemia, judging the curative effect and guiding treatment.
