小学数学综合与实践课堂对教师提出了从未有过的挑战。教师不仅需要熟悉和研究教材、深入研究教法、揣摩学生心理、完善教学艺术、积累教学经验等等,而且还需要实现教育观念、知识结构、工作方式、教学行为的转变。基于此,我们从教材提供的课例研究出发进行系列的拓展,帮助教师实现新的角色的转变,从而梳理综合与实践课堂的学习内容、确定综合与实践课堂的教学目标、提炼综合与实践课堂的实施策略、归纳综合与实践教学的基本规律。
The primary school mathematics synthesis and practice class poses an unprecedented challenge to teachers. Teachers not only need to be familiar with and study teaching materials, study the teaching method in depth, try to figure out the students’ psychology, improve the teaching art, accumulate teaching experience and so on. Teachers also need to realize the transformation of educational concept, knowledge structure, work style and teaching behavior. Based on this, we start from the case study provided by the textbook to expand the series, to help teachers to achieve a new role change, so as to sort out the learning content of comprehensive and practical classroom, to determine the teaching objectives of comprehensive and practical classroom, refining the synthesis and practice of classroom The implementation of the strategy, summed up the basic laws of practice and teaching.
