近年来,随着颅底外科技术的迅速发展,在颅脑损伤合并广泛性颅底缺损时,如何重建颅底,防止术后CSF漏和颅内感染,国内外许多学者都作了有益的探索。作者在5例人体头颅标本的解剖学研究基础上,根据额、颞部肌筋膜、骨膜的血供特点,设计带蒂薄层肌—筋膜—骨膜瓣,用于治疗7例外伤性颅底缺损病例,取得满意疗效,现仅就有关应用解剖学予以报道。
