观察组儿童FPG、IR和IS与血清Ca(r=-0.25,r=-0.28,r=-0.18)、Zn(r=-0.31,r=-0.35,r=-0.33)呈负相关(P<0.05),和Fe(r=0.09,r=0.16,r=0.21)、Cu(r=0.29,r=0.34,r=0.30)呈正相关(P<0.05)。FINS、ISI与血清Ca(r=0.21,r=0.27)、Zn(r=0.36,r=0.31)呈正相关(P<0.05),与Fe(r=-0.20,r=-0.24)、Cu(r=-0.35,r=-0.26)呈负相关(P<0.05)。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between glucose metabolism and trace elements in pre-school children by investigating the glucose metabolism and trace elements in 120 preschool children in Juancheng county. Methods: The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), insulin (FINS), Ca, Fe, Zn and Cu in 60 healthy children and 60 simple obese children were determined. Insulin resistance index (IR) Sensitivity Index (ISI) and Insulin Secretion Index (IS) to detect the relationship between glucose metabolism and trace elements. Results: The FPG, FINS, IR and IS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the ISI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum Ca, Fe, Zn and Cu in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between serum Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and glucose metabolism in control group (P> 0.05). The levels of FPG, IR and IS in the observation group were negatively correlated with serum Ca (r = -0.25, r = -0.28, r = -0.18) and Zn (r = -0.31, r = -0.35, r = -0.33) (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between Cu (r = 0.29, r = 0.34, r = 0.30) and Fe (r = 0.09, r = 0.16, r = 0.21) FINS and ISI were positively correlated with serum Ca (r = 0.21, r = 0.27) and Zn (r = 0.36, r = 0.31) r = -0.35, r = -0.26) (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are abnormal glucose metabolism in preschool children with simple obesity, and there is a correlation with the metabolism of Ca, Zn, Fe and Cu.
