新课标体制下的高中语文教学有效改善了原先体制下单纯重视知识传授的倾向,注重提高学生的德智体美劳等方向分别构建认知,情感能力和思维能力等目标,并强调教学指导的过程也是师生平等交往,相互交流对话的过程;注重改善学生的学习方式和思维,把学生作为主体,并进行合作交流学习,探索性学习和个性化学习;根据新课标下体制的语文教学,在语文教学上进行了实践,并对教学方式在下文与大家做个探讨。认为语文教学重点在对学生综合能力的培养,以及在课堂教学方式和手段中对师生关系的定位,课堂教学中师生关系的定位、作业方式的改革等进行了全方位的调查研究,争取让学生(特别是学习一般或有困难的学生)通过兴趣的指引学得轻松愉快,最终获得成功。
