一、前言自从流态化技术在冶金工业中应用以来,就开辟了硫化銅精矿沸騰层硫酸化焙烧的途径,只要条件控制适宜,固体焙烧产物中銅的酸化率可以达到97—98%。实行硫酸化焙烧的目的,是力求銅有最高的酸化率,以便在水浸过程中,得到最好的指标。为此,很多国家都围繞高酸化率进行了試驗或生产。但是,固体焙烧产物中銅的酸化率控制在什么范围最好,还是一个值得研究的課題。現在,仅就个人工作中的一些体会,加以分析和探討,
