曹操是在旧乐曲的基础上创作新歌辞,其乐府为依曲填辞,与音乐关系密切,犹“汉音”;曹丕在创作上将音乐与文学并重,具有“汉音”向“魏响”过渡的性质;曹植乐府诗在曲、题、辞三方面均有革新,部分作品完全脱离音乐束缚,完成了乐府歌辞向乐府诗的转变。“汉音”多合乐,“魏响”渐离乐,“三曹”诗歌创作与音乐的关系变化凸显出魏晋文学的自觉过程。
