采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法从人面果叶子95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-flavone(1)、1,5-二羟基-3-甲氧基口山酮(2)、1,3-二羟基-5-甲氧基口山酮(3)、山柰酚(4)、二氢山柰酚(5)、3,24,25-trihydroxytirucall-7-ene(6)、对羟基桂皮酸(7)、异香草酸(8)、(Z)-2-(2,4-dihydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohexylidene)(9)、volkensiflavone(10)、藤黄双黄酮(11)、3,8″-双柚皮素(12)、白果素(13)、fukugiside(14)和GB2a glucoside(15)。化合物1为新化合物,命名为5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-flavone。化合物5,6,9,13为首次从藤黄属植物中分离得到。化合物4,7~8,10~12,14~15为首次从人面果中分离得到。研究了10个化合物对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用,结果显示,化合物13对α-淀粉酶具有抑制活性,化合物13和阿卡波糖对α-淀粉酶的半数抑制浓度分别为8.12,4.32μmol·L~(-1)。
Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract from the leaves of human dried noodles by reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The compounds were identified as 5,7,4’-trihydroxy- 6- (3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl) -flavone (1), 1,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxypicolinone (2), 1,3-dihydroxy- (3), kaempferol (4), dihydro-kaempferol (5), 3,24,25-trihydroxytirucall-7-ene (Z) -2- (2,4-dihydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohexylidene) (9), volkensiflavone (10), Garcinolide (11), 3,8 " , Ginkgolides (13), fukugiside (14) and GB2a glucoside (15) .Compound 1 is a new compound named as 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6- 5,6,9,13 were isolated from the genus Garcinia for the first time.Compounds 4, 7-8, 10-12, 14-15 were isolated from human fruit for the first time.The effects of 10 compounds on the activity of α- As a result, it was found that Compound 13 had an α-amylase inhibitory activity, a half-maximal inhibitory concentration of Compound 13 and acarbose on α-amylase Respectively, 8.12,4.32μmol·L -1.
