人们对激励在人力资源开发中的作用总是充分肯定的,而对激励中可能出现的负面效应,往往缺乏深刻的认识。其实,激励的价值形态有三种:一是正价值,二是零价值,三是负价值。所谓负价值是指激励的结果不仅未激发被激励者的积极性,反而使其滋生了不良心理和行为,如被激励者物质欲望的膨胀、被激励者与其他人员的对立、相关人群的积极性受挫等。如何认识和消除激励的负面效应,是一个理论性和实践性并重的现实课题。
People are always fully aware of the role of incentives in the development of human resources. However, there is often no deep understanding of the possible negative effects of incentives.
