本文从中国菜肴现有的英译版本入手,分析其是否符合菜肴的翻译要求,能有效传递汉语菜名所要表达的信息,最后总结出中国菜肴英译的基本策略和翻译时应避免的问题。
This article begins with the existing English versions of Chinese dishes and analyzes whether they meet the translation requirements of dishes. It can effectively convey the information to be expressed in Chinese dishes. Finally, the basic strategies of English translation of Chinese dishes and the problems to be avoided in translation are summarized.
