本实验结果表明：山楂提取物剂量为４～８μｇ／ｍｌ的条件下，癌细胞的存活率显著下降，在剂量为８～１０μｇ／ｍｌ的条件下，癌细胞的集落形成率受到显著抑制，而对正常人体细胞未见明显影响。
The experimental results showed that the survival rate of cancer cells decreased significantly when the dose of hawthorn extract was 4-8 μg/ml, and the colony formation rate of cancer cells was significantly inhibited at a dose of 8-10 μg/ml. No obvious effect on normal human cells.
