The authors tested the anti-malarial activity of azithromycin and dihydroartemisinin (DHA) in vitro against 39 Plasmodium falciparum (Pf) strains newly isolated from malaria patients in the western border region of Thailand and tested the efficacy of chloroquine, Quinine, quinine and artemisinin for correlation analysis.
