引入渗风度时数的概念与方法,在探讨竖井温度分布的基础上,应用先期得到的室外干球温度简化分布模型,对建筑分楼层采暖渗风能耗进行计算,并对不同气候区代表性地点的相关能耗进行比较,同时分析外窗气密性等主要因素的影响,发现在同一建筑中单位缝隙的渗风量及能耗最大值并未出现在底层,在不同楼层的建筑中平均每层单位长度缝隙的渗风量及耗热量随楼增高近乎直线增加,建议不同地区的建筑应采用不同气密性等级的门窗。
